Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or My Account portal with your Order ID and reason.
Pack it securely in original packaging. Our courier will arrange pickup or we'll share a drop-off address.
Once received and verified, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Once we receive and verify the return, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days. Credit/debit cards may take 5–7 additional banking days. UPI and net banking are typically faster.
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: face packs, scrubs, lip care products, and any product with a broken seal unless defective.
