Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 business days for other locations across India.
Is shipping free?+
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track via My Account → Orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them. After that, please wait for delivery and initiate a return.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is coming soon!

Our entire range is formulated to be gentle and skin-safe. All products are free from parabens, sulfates, and harsh fragrances. We recommend a patch test before use.
What is the shelf life?+
All products have a shelf life of 24 months from manufacturing date. Once opened, use within 12 months for best results.
Are your products cruelty-free?+
Yes — 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals and our ingredients are ethically sourced.

What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, sealed products in original packaging. For damaged or defective products, contact us within 48 hours.
How long does a refund take?+
Once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
How do I initiate a return?+
Contact us at our support email or via My Account → Orders → Initiate Return with your Order ID and reason for return.

What is the best night routine for brightening?+

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.

Can I pay with Cash on Delivery?+
Yes! COD is available for orders up to ₹5000 across most pin codes in India. COD orders may take 1–2 extra days for processing.
