Avoid direct sun for 48 hours, apply SPF 60 every 2–3 hours outdoors, avoid scrubs/retinol/acids for 5 days, and keep skin moisturised.
Avoid makeup for at least 12 hours after any medical facial. After PRP or Carbon Laser, wait 24 hours.
